We are so excited you want to join us on this gold standard, full-service, mobile veterinary practice ride.

A few frequently asked questions to answer:

1. Where are you located? We come to you!!! Our service area is within a 5-mile radius of Sandy Plains and Shallowford Road (see map below). Please call with any questions on our service area boundaries and we’d be happy to verify.

2. How much does a mobile veterinarian cost? At My Best Friend’s Vet, we strive to tailor every service to the patient’s lifestyle, health conditions, and client comfort. We will charge a $150 fee when scheduling your appointment to cover the house call fee & first pet’s consultation. After the exam and consultation, if necessary, we will provide and estimate of any additional recommended services.

3. What is a consultation vs exam? A physical exam alone does not cover all we need to best care for your Best Friend. Dr. Wood performs a full nose to tail (if they have one) physical exam followed by an in-depth consultation with you about all aspects of your best friend.

4. What now? We would appreciate you filling out a new client form and a new patient form for each of your Best Friends located below to set up your file. Once completed OR if already done, please fill out the appointment request form and we will call you to get you on the books!
